Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Vinyaas It account and associated personal data. Use this page if you cannot sign in or need help starting the deletion process.
Option 1 — On the website
- Sign in to Vinyaas It on the web at https://vinyaas-it.com/login.
- Open Settings → Profile.
- Choose Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.
Account deletion is only available on the website today, not in the mobile app. Deleting from Profile removes your login immediately and begins permanent deletion of your account data.
Option 2 — Request deletion
Submit the form below with the email address on your account. We verify the address exists, then email you confirmation. This form does not delete your account automatically — our team reviews the request and follows up with next steps.
What gets deleted
- Your user account — name, email, and login credentials.
- Your personal settings, security configuration, and API tokens.
- Organizations you solely own, including bookings, customers, and related business data.
Organizations with other members
Deleting your account does not delete other members’ data. Ownership may transfer to another organization owner, or you may need to transfer ownership before deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
